Coaching Staff

Justin Matte grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, where he starred at John Carroll High School from 2006 to 2009, winning two state championships. He also competed for the Vestavia Steamers, capturing three state titles at the club level.

After graduating, Justin played for the University of Alabama’s club team for four years before beginning his coaching journey. He joined Cullman United in 2021 when his daughter Collins began playing and has since coached in the Rising Stars, Pre-Academy, and competitive programs.

Justin brings a deep love of the game and a wealth of experience to every team he works with, helping players grow technically and tactically.
