What is the Juggling Club
Our Juggling Club is open to ALL Current players inside the CUSC Organization. The goal of the Juggling Club is to create a fun environment around an important skill the kids need to learn to develop their game.
Juggling is the act of keeping the ball in the air by bouncing it off any part of your body with the exception of your hands/arms. It is very important that each player masters the art of juggling. As your child improves at juggling, they will be able to improve their first touch, and especially their comfortability with the ball.
We encourage everyone to practice juggling at home on their own, or whenever they have spare time. They need to focus mainly on juggling with their feet, but we do encourage them to try to be creative with the ball and get other parts of their body involved.
15 minutes a day is the recommendation to all players when it comes to working on your own. Juggling is a great skill to add to that 15 minutes.

Rules
Authentication
To verify whether or not a player has achieved a level, one of the following must take place.
- Only Juggles with the feet count towards the total number of juggles. All other parts of the body can be used, however they will not be counted towards their total. (For example if it was foot, foot, foot, thigh, foot. That would be 4 juggles.
- As soon as the ball touches the ground the count must reset.
- To Achieve Beginner Level, the ball cannot touch the same foot 4 times in a row. This is to encourage juggling with proper technique.
- The ball must be properly pumped up. Flat balls are not allowed.
